I'm sorry that your friend passed away, no matter how long ago it was.

But I'm glad you're getting some work.

There are now news reports that say kids might be the biggest carriers. And things would be a lot better if everyone stops gathering into huge crowds, young, old, or middle-aged. And let's not forget the anti-mask people.

As to the protests, there are reports that many of the violent ones were actually white supremacists, trying to malign the actual protestors. And I wonder how you feel about the football fans turned rioters in Europe. Should they be shot as well? And are you saying black people who have committed only minor crimes deserve to be killed by the police (while white people who have actually killed others are safely arrested and given food to their liking)? And what about Breonna Taylor?

And why are you so concerned about property when people are getting killed?

Those "reports" are absolute, utter bullshit. Our news media is so terrified of seeming to be anti-black that if Jack the Ripper were around, and found to be black, they'd do all they could to hide that little fact---just as they did to Winston Moseley, the killer of Kitty Genovese (look her up).

The way to avoid being "killed by the police" is to not resist arrest, and ESPECIALLY not point a lethal weapon at them! The term for that is "suicide by cop." And that does include St. Tamir Rice. I've seen pictures of the "toy gun" he was waving around, and it looks very, very real---real enough to be used as a prop on a movie or in a play with no problem.

It's also looking more and more like St. George Floyd died of a bad drug OD. If you see the whole video of what happened, it looks a lot less like police brutality and a lot more like the cops trying to deal with someone who was flipping out very violently. But, as I have said before (to no goddamned avail; why won't you believe me?) our American news media is utterly one- ( ... )

Why would they mention Moseley's ethnicity? It has no bearing on the murder or the trial. And as long as there was a photo, his ethnicity is clear enough ( ... )
