So leaving Binghamton into Port Crane i encountered a full sized extended cab pickup  that decided to screw with me. He refused to let me pass him going through port crane. People are fucking nuts. Getting license plate numbers is always a good plan too. You can always call the police from a safe area, not while driving if you have some sort of information to give them.
