When I spoke to Odin once when Jen was shadowing Him, I agreed to that we could communicate if that was ok by Morgana. Afterwards I felt like He would stalk me and bother me a lot. IF this is a finite, important project, that's different, but unless you're very clear what the project is, and actively would spend that much time on it if it weren't Him, and are fine with it being with Him, then.... what exactly are you actually doing, and why?
Not that The Morrigan is at all lightweight about oaths, but She comes to the desperate, and between that and the fact that you are Hers, She knows when you are making wild promises out of panic, and when you are calm and serious.
Odin may know, but He may not care - and He may not choose to give you the kind of benefit of a doubt The Morrigan does.
If you think you're ready for being held to that line by Him, ok. If not, be very, very careful. It's not that He's out to screw you over (I don't believe any of Them are), but you can accidentally back yourself into a bad corner if you don't pay attention to what you, yourself, are doing.

That said, I admit to being a little surprised He is pinging you, in particular. *shrug* He is definitely opportunistic, though, and you have connections to at least two others He is interested in (both me and Jen), so that alone would put you on His radar. You're also in Sweden, which is still part of His lands.
Like The Morrigan, He is most respectful of those who have a backbone, and are honest with Him and with themselves.
