I've seen livejournal a lot, but never made a journal until now. I found a bunch of communities specifically for girls with military boyfriends. Not a single one of my friends has a boy in the military, and so nobody I know understands what I'm going through. I thought this might be a good way to get out some feelings.

Where is your boyfriend at in Iraq?

To be honest I don't know where he is. He keeps e-mailing me to tell me he's been moved to a new station all the time, so I'm never quite sure and he's never very specific on his wherabouts. It's actually really difficult because I never know when I'll hear from him.

same here, not one of my friends has a boy in the military. A military relationship is alot different. But let me tell you, those communitees are a HUGE help.

I hope you don't mind I added you to my friends. My boyfriend is in the military too and basically I started my journal last month just to find other girls with boyfriends in the military too since none of my friends have boyfriends in the military they just can't understand what I am going through. Hopefully this helps both of us. Welcome to livejournal!
