I'm moving to San Diego. Back to the birthplace of the me.

I havn't heard from Ryan since my last brief entry.
Not since August 22nd.
I'm so scared. He always at the very least leaves me an e-mail that says "I'm not dead."

But I have nothing. I'm going completely insane.

Someone calm me down. Someone save me from this nightmare.

I have no friends here.

I feel like I need to be, hmm, validated.

Sometimes I get so scared, so scared that he'll come back and take a single look at me and go, "Nevermind I don't love you anymore."

I get so scared this war will change him too much, that when he comes home he'll be unrecognizable.

I got a card in the mail today.

I'm so glad to hear from him...I almost never do, but at the same time it breaks my heart to have to be so far away from him.

The front of the card is a picture of a message in a bottle, washed up to shore. And it says "There's no distance too great for love."

The inside says "I miss you!!"

I've seen livejournal a lot, but never made a journal until now. I found a bunch of communities specifically for girls with military boyfriends. Not a single one of my friends has a boy in the military, and so nobody I know understands what I'm going through. I thought this might be a good way to get out some feelings.
