So, when I left off, s00j and Ryan were headed out (or were about to be) and I went up into Sacred Temple for a group meditation/hypnosis session with Teri E.

Before you ask, no Teri did not have us all clucking like chickens by the end of the session. ;)

Actually, it was a meditation/hypnosis session to banish from ourselves that which no longer serves

One comment: sometimes the assholes are there to teach us too. I think that was definitely part of his purpose (other than connecting you with male deity.) I'll be interested to hear about it when you find out. :)

Oh, I agree that he was there to teach me something. I did learn a lot from him, both positive and negative things. Just still working on separating the chaff from the wheat, as it were. Will keep you posted when I find out. :)
