They're endeavoring to make a live action TV Series about Wreaththu, and name it, Raythu?

My source is the bio section on Brad Carpenter, in the back of Para Imminence. But its also previousily mentioned in Paragenesis too!

They should keep the original spelling! So What do you other Wreaththu Fans Think!  To me its Wreaththu spelling or nothing!  Come Storm Constantine give us a break...don't let them change things like that now!   ( Read more... )

It's good that they make a screen adaptation in the first place.
Even if it will be different from the novels ... even if the fans won't like it ... it will call attention to the novels at least ... and that's a good thing.

Whatever the series will be like. It will draw attention to the books. And that's good. ^^

I know that we had a lot of problems with Livejournal these last days, the service running slow or not at all...but seriously, eating up my comment? So, next try! What I wanted to say: Of course it´s good if we get a screen adaptation of Wraeththu´s early days! That´s entering new territory, because what exactly do we know about this period? Let´s see: We have two short stories by Storm Constantine, some hints in the books, and fan fiction, in book-form even. That´s one big playground for Mr. Carpenter. Maybe it would be wise to carry over a few well known characters to make readers more comfortable. I still wonder why a man would do the filming. All males I recommended the book were wary of it. Must be the pearl-bearing-for-all thing that frightened them.

For me personally I was always interested dual gender beings they fascinate me. And at times I wish I could be both and LoL, while it opens you up to more options for dating/bonding. Plus letting your male persona out, so to speak, allowing you to be more sexually aggressive, while the "good" women's way, at least in the near past, was to hang back and wait to be asked by the man. But this is not so prevalent today for in reality independent women are a lot more aggressive, thus more advanced socially ( ... )

Are we kidding about this? I've read the first three books fair and square, I know for a fact that a normal human tv viewer is not going to watch a show loaded with homosexual hermaphrodites that think themselves so much better than mankind. It took 600 pages for anyone to kiss a girl, and no one enjoyed the encounter! What straight American girl will watch this show with relish when they realize this series does nothing but make a mockery out of women? They're distrustful, warmongering sluts like the rest of us. Bottom line, you'd have to be sick in the head to want to watch sub human gays rule the planet.

Are you really such hater? calgslinger January 23 2013, 22:14:57 UTC
Dear Are you really such a Hater???

Or are U just Kidding? Why did U read all 3 books, if you decided u didn't liked what U were reading? Least you didn't know a hermaphrodite is both male and female at the same time, and as often as not they "the boys" or hara gave into their female sides, most frequently and pleasurably. Yeah! Wraeththu aren't perfect, but human's aren't either... so bite me!

As for reality, most people in power male or female think their better than the rest of mankind, so what's the friggin difference? Sub-human warmongers rule the world NOW, and greedily enjoy making a profit on the death of others around the world. Just watch the News!

Just because one is gay doesn't make them
"Sub-human", but certainly those who lack gentle compassion for their fellow humans, comes closer
to that repulsive state. So darling I'm very sorry for U!

So I'm sick in the head... deal with it, but babe, I'm not a vile hater!
