Thank God for the Simpsons.
I was having a moment of weakness, slamming lemonade and trying not to think about wonderful sandwiches, and the Simpsons episode where Lisa becomes a vegetarian came on, and now i am disgusted with meat again.
Bring on the lemonade!

Is there such a thing as "starve texting?"

Not really hungry, but when i run out of things to do i keep thinking about food. Developing a hatred for the lemonade already and it's only day 2.

Not hungry, not even one bit. I think the 32oz of saltwater I drank this morning killed my appetite dead. I think after this whole thing is over I won't put nearly as much salt on my food.

Ralph's didn't have my maple syrup. Hopefully a trip to whole foods is in store.

Took me two hours to finish the saltwater flush thing, it was pretty gross.
Really sleepy, but no strong desire to eat, no significant changes other than that.

Night Zero,

I had an awesome dinner of fake chicken burgers, beer and finished it off with a little glass of dieter's tea. I made the saltwater concoction with iodized sea salt with sea vegetables in it, and was kind of put off.
