You are a wonderful, beautiful person. I don't know why you dropped out, but unhappiness and mental health are usually the two main reasons. Either way, you have to do what is best for you. Some people need some time off. I, personally, never took the time off i probabaly should have, and failed two classes my senior year, postponing my graduation (i finished over the summer). I beat myself up a lot about it, but in the end, I did what i needed to do for myself. You are doing what you need to do. Yes, you are stressed, but thats because you got thrown out of the college bubble a little early and are in the real world. It is a pretty scary place

I took a semester off...and got married, now getting divorced...now taking another semester off...and I will be coming back in the spring. It has taken me about a year to get my own life in order. School was overwhelming. And no one will tell you ahead of time, that you may need to take time off.
So if you need me, I may be in another state till XMas, but I'm only a phone call or email away. Also, if you know of someone who may be needing a roommate come next spring, let me know ;)

Katy, you didnt let any of us down. We are managing our service program and it will be all good. You should def. come around and see us. You know we support your decision, you have to put yourself first. taking a year off is just a short amount of time in your lifespan so do what you need to do to get yourself together. remember that we will be here for you, welcoming you whenever. again like i have said before, dont be a stranger! <3's
