Negativity
I have this blog. I just don't know how to use it. Anything worth writing about lately is just negative.
Nonconformist teenagers and children, drugs, sex, unwanted pets brought home, pregnancy rumors, debit card theft, sheriff visits, boyfriends, car troubles, etc.
Perhaps I could start a weekly drama on HBO and make some profit from this.

Writer's Block: Hello, World!
In response to LJ's question "What is your earliest memory?"... I remember my parents buying a Plymouth Satellite in about 1973. The first morning we had it all the oil drained out on to the garage floor. A tow truck came and got it and it was no more. Then we got a Chevy Nova. -

Reasonable helping of fajita meat, one chopped up tomato, guacamole, little bit of Fire salsa. That's what I'm talking about!

2012 Resolution Run 5k
I ran the 2012 Resolution Run 5k today, pushing the double stroller with A(5) and D(6). K(13) ran solo. It was windy but warm enough to run without a hoodie. The race started at 2PM this year.
The first mile was a net downhill and I covered it in 7:14, starting from the back, weaving in and out of walkers, dogs, and others.

- It is convenient to use the LJ mobile app but I hate typing on an iPhone.
- one way to get kids to bathe: let them know we might go somewhere tonight. Smells like bribery.

Geek update
Called Time Warner, got service scheduled for Wednesday. Phone works on outgoing calls, not so much on incoming calls though the caller ID works.
Got Wifi working again since getting RoadRunner in December. Happy day!
Resetting all the iPod Touches. Somebody messed with parental controls. Tsk tsk. I wiped all your music? Too bad!

Random act of kindness
14 is wigging out for 2nd day in a row. I escaped to Denny's with 4 of the other 5 while Jill stayed with 14. An older couple was seated in the booth behind us and I was very worried about the kids being obnoxious and bothering them. By the time we finished they were already gone.
