Alot's happened since I last updated. I've been considering grad school since my career doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I can't get into the field I want because I don't have experience, and there's no way to get experience. I wonder how people did it in the past. I complained to HR, and they spoke with the guy whose been bothering me. Apparently he had no idea that his comments could be considered offensive and agreed to keep a low profile from now on. I have good news!! My roommate has not come home yet, but I spoke with his mother earlier. He called her on Saturday and told her he wasn't coming home. She told him to give me a call and let me know, which he hasn't bothered doing. Maybe he's afraid to face my wrath, but I'm not nearly as angry as I was last Wednesday. The move actually went quite well. Not even Hurricane Wilma could stop me from moving into my new condo (but it did postpone the hiring process at USA, stupid tornados...). Wilma knocked out my power, so I called the utility company to report the outage, and then I drove to the new condo to inspect the damage. Luckily, neither place has any damage. None of my neighbors lost power there, and they told me that we're on a generator. I cleaned out the filthy refrigerator once I got there. I replaced all the old outlet ( Read more... )

I have never been so broke in my life (or at least I will be once I get the cashier checks for the closing tomorrow morning). I mean, I'm so broke that it hurts.
