Lots to say, been pretty busy and/or tired and/or not in a talkative mood. I did send in a deposit check for a secured credit card, a very big step towards taking care of my shit and moving on. Also bought one of those dvd/vhs jobbies for my room. In trying to situate it and the tv, I rearranged my furniture in a way I immediately disliked. ( Read more... )

I've seen the movie, but on network so commercial interruptions and whatnot. I'll watch it tomorrow, 'cause tonight is Underworld.

A heads-up...looks like I may be hosting a party next Saturday, and You + Laz = Invited.

Oo, I'll have to see what we're doing.

I know he has something to do at 11 or so, so we'll probably be like those boring old fogeys who leave early. :/ Meh.

Underworld = teh suck. I HATED it. I dunno why, I guess I shouldn't have, but I did. In regards to it, I loved VanHelsing. Not as the best movie in the world, but it was way better than Underworld.

Weird.

Hm. See, I straight-up loved Underworld. I wanted to like Van Helsing, but I think it would have been done better as a mini-series. They tried to tie everything together, which was really cool, but there was more than could have been fully explained in a 2-hour movie, and so they glossed over the good parts. that's my take anyway.

Do hope you guys can make it, fogey-ish or not.
