Last night I caught the final episode of Roseanne on Nick at Nite. I used to love Roseanne; still do. Probably watched seasons 4-7 religiously when they aired, but like the rest of the country, stopped tuning in after a while. i *hated* when they won the lottery. that was the worst thing to happen to that show.

It was, but upon researching the matter, I read that Roseanne's logic behind it was that it was a take on when she made it big as an actress/comedian.

I love Roseanne and appreciate it so much more now than I'm older because I understand the thought that went into the writing a little bit better. I never did get to see the last episode though.
