Berbee Derby came and went and I did it. I have to admit, having been my first race ever, my main and sole objective was to finish. I am often silent. Some may confuse it for stupidity or nonchalance. But, often times it's me unable to untangle the multiple ideas and emotions going on inside. Pie Soup!!
Not dry enough to be a pie but too pasty to be a soup, I call it "Pie Soup." Okay, so I'm no Rachel Ray! In between reading and doing my wash, I decided to make something out of my frozen apples.
