We're talking about Max Weber, whose theory revolves around the idea that ideas are the driving force behind social change. I babysat for my cousins again today. I love that Raiven is getting older and is easier to handle. As a treat I took them to a couple parks. I don't know why I'm so involved with RHA and hall council. I feel like I have a new and different complaint every week. I love going to conferences with RHA, but we're slowing killing ourselves as an organization. It's always been hard for me to keep secrets. I'm generally successful in keeping them, but it's always difficult for me to not tell anyone.  It's like part of me knows that it should and has to remain a secret, but another part of me wants to tell the people that I'm closest too. This semester should be interesting I think. I'm excited to take my classes, as I managed to get some random ones. I'm taking German 101, intro to psychology, 20th century western world, Intermediate composition (ugh...required) and intro to social and criminal justice. At GLACURH this past weekend one of the programs I went to was called 'I Am'. It was basically a group of people writing what we thought was appropriate on this fill in the blank paper. I can't put into words how happy I am that Obama won the election. I think the "change" that this election has revolved around is going to happen. He makes me hopeful for the future of our nation.
