I cry when others cry but rarely laugh when they laugh.
But this video of laughing quadruplets made me laugh hysterically and grin just thinking about it:

First I heard an ice cream truck. Then I heard drums. I began to curse my roommate and neighbors but then looked out the window. A 50 person parade was meandering down my side street, a priest noticed me watching and blessed me.  As they walked out of sight and the small band followed I accepted that NYC could be a cool place to live.

Evidently my room is tilted. When I leave my recently assembled, oh-so-glidey desk chair alone, it meanders towards the door.

I am trying to find a fairy tale that has something to do with marriage and trials. Rumplestiltskin, Cinderella, Bluebeard/Fitcher's Bird. No animal bridgrooms, just something where the girl must pass tests to marry or avoid marriage.

Oh, and because Icanhascheezburger is all that gets me through the day, sometimes, I though it hilarious when I found out that one of the reasons for returns at the bookstore is "do not want" (not "does not want"). So much better and suitable for lolcat captions than another option: "unwanted gift."
