It is hump day already! Monday was Queens Birthday holiday here and because it was so cold we did very little. Valuer is coming tomorrow to value house (we are in now) and the block and look over the house design to try and gauge the finished value ( Read more... )

oh, and Alena got a mobile phone (prepaid) for her birthday. I wasn't going to but she is earning pocket money to pay for credit (and it wasn't an expensive one). She is VERY responsible for her age because she has to be and you know what it all boils down to - she wanted one!

I am so relieved. Follow up at Doctors for dorky today. BP still a bit high 160/100 but all the other test results came back ok. No kidney/heart damage or irregularities - yay.
