[Oh yes. Grumpy redheads. Guy is familiar with the breed. The outfit gives him half a second's pause--it resembles the preferred style of a certain tasteless God General--but he understands the muttering well enough. If not the exact context, enough to guess just on sheer speculation.]

I haven't had the best experience with the concept of 'different' worlds. [pause] You're the type to adapt easily, aren't you?

[Guy, you're so mellow, now he's having a hard time staying angry.

Richter considers the question for a moment...] Tell me, do the countries in your world have disputes?

[Just as planned... Guy taps his spoon on the pan at the question.]

Mm. Yeah. [He doesn't elaborate, fetching plates instead. He figures Richter will get to the point.]

If one possesses advance technology and the other which has been left in poverty for centuries then disputes are bound to appear. Especially if those two countries had been separated into different worlds for the several thousand years before hand.

[he shakes his head and takes a sip of tea instead of continuing]

Sounds like an uneven situation alright.

[Serving up two plates, and one of them is getting put in front of Richter without comment while Guy sits with the other.]

How do you separate countries into entire worlds?

Unfortunately, that's a mystery to everyone not directly involved with the World Regeneration. We just know the worlds were separated to 'save' them.

Don't ask for the explanation how, I'm still trying to figure it out.

[Blonds will be you downfall, gotta watch out for them, Richter.]

You don't have to eat it. [Guy says it calmly, not the least affronted. And moving on to the next topic because he figures if he doesn't treat it like a big deal Richter will eat if he's hungry.]

World Regeneration? Is that when the worlds were brought back together? [He's figuring, considering Richter mentioned conflict between them.] Have you checked the library? There might be something informative on that there.

No, it has more to do with how my world worked as a whole, rather than just one specific event. [there's a faint smile when Guy mentions the library] Yea, I'll probably be heading back there eventually.

[pause] What about your world then?

[Maybe because blonds are drawn to gingers? Who knows.]

I'd like to hear more about it if you've got the time.

[Guy laughs, his usual, awkward laugh.] What about my world? Anything specific? As far as I'm aware it's always just been one world.

... [he wants to ask if there are any elves or half-elves but decides against it. Actually, now seems about as good a time as any to ask about-]
