Mostly - like Aziraphale, really - it's just supernatural, occult, or otherwise ethereal things he'll pick up. Humans tend to fade into the background, although he might sense just a little about Azula.

As for Eris, killing vampires probably falls under the heading of "Good" so that might not show up so much.
