If you show me a translation of the poem, I might be able to tell you what song it is.

This is Artscroll's translation. I'm not sure what translation Elton John used, or who he got to translate it. (Does he know Hebrew?)

Why I wasn't associating the poem with the title is beyond me. Duh. Of course I don't need a translation... So I'll think about it, and see if I can't come up with an Elton John version. (And, no, to the best of my knowledge Elton John does not know Hebrew.)

So as far as I can tell, and I know we're all shocked here, Wikipedia is wrong. Elton John doesn't have a song along these themes. (The EJ fan forum agrees with me.)
