In the UK children behave like children according to their age or stage and far as I heard there is more discipline in schools. I only have experience with nursery schools. The nursery is well organized, children learn useful things (like counting, writing their name, difference of colour and shapes etc.) and get taught how to behave. In the UK they are 0-4 in day care nurseries. When they are 5 they go to school.

All the more important that you are a mamash good parent!
