Found this. It's in Philo's Allegorical Interpretation, book III: LXIII. early hellenistic jew living in alexandria. Φίλων ὁ Ἀλεξανδρεύς. lived about 20BCE to 50CE. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philo
