Does anyone around these parts know of a good calorie counter online where I can keep track of exactly what I'm putting in my body?

I was doing the weight watchers points for a while but lost the booklet and the slide rule in the move (LAMETARDED). So...also if anyone has an extra lying around or knows of a way to do this online all the better.

I am trying to organize one of those "Adopt a Family" things at my job for the holidays. Does anyone (esp. New York folks but ALL responses welcome) do anything like this through their work or personally?
