Still allergic to Ohio

I've been sniffling, coughing, and feeling tired for the last week (and Jonah has shown some of the same symptoms). On Thursday, Jonah had his annual physical (where he got four shots and one flu mist, and confirmed that he is tall and skinny). The doctor noticed that he has allergies (dark circles under his eyes, the insideof his nose shows

When I still lived in the Northeast, my allergies were so bad that Zyrtec and Claritin didn't really work at all. I ended up using a prescription nose spray that I got from the "free sample" cabinet at the pediatrician where I worked. It was something you used once every 12 hours or so. I can't remember the name of it now, but I do remember that it was a miracle drug for my allergies. Maybe ask your doctor?

I have a prescription nose spray (from a while ago... hopefully it didn't expire), but most of the allergies have been coughing, not really nasal. Advair has been helpful, and my cough is mostly gone now - except if I walk too fast or go upstairs. Which makes me feel out of shape...
