I can confidently say that I am overinflating grades by:

a) Giving someone full points when, in my opinion, it doesn't fully satisfy the stipulations of the assignment

b) Creating assignments that don't have a strong grading rubric, or students don't get to see the rubric, so I feel like the grading system is unfair on my part so that I should just ( Read more... )
