So, I went to my weekly appointment today and I gained 6 LBS!!!!! I couldn't believe it, why would I gain so much in one week when I've been losing weight or gaining only a lb? The doc said that I was retaining a lot of fluid, but my bp was good, so pre-eclampsia isn't why...just my body's way of preparing I guess ( Read more... )

I am so uncomfortable.

My belly is staying tight almost constantly.

My back is KILLING me.

My feet are swollen.

My thighs are aching.

I can't get comfortable, no matter what I do.

So I read online that pineapple can help jumpstart labor. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a BIG can of pineapple chunks and ate THE WHOLE THING. My mom asked me what it was about pineapple that was to induce labor, I didn't know so I looked it up. Apparently its something in FRESH pineapple and it's not in the canned stuff.
