I just wanted to say that going on job interviews sucks out your soul. You are forced to sell yourself, and I just hate it. Every insecurity is magnified, until you don't even think you'd be right for the job, even though deep down inside your know you are. It's horrid ( Read more... ) -

Bought a Macbook today. I spent tons of monies, but with my student ID (even though I've already graduated, I def. didn't tell them that, duh!) I got $100 off the Macbook, a free ipod touch after rebate, a free printer after rebate, and a discount on mobileme and iwork. All in all, after rebates and discounts, I saved around $550. Tomorrow is my last day at work until NEXT Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday I am moving, Thursday I have a job interview @ Loyola College and Friday I am cleaning the old apartment, turning in my keys, etc. I'm exhausted thinking about it all. Trying to move and find a new job at the same time is proving to be extremely stressful. Especially when the new place and new job will be 50+ miles away. the end. -

Just found out my uncle has colon cancer. He goes in for his first round of surgery on the 19th. He may or may not be home for Christmas. If he is not, I will be spending Christmas Eve at the hospital. -
