tomorrow I am officially old (( 30 )) ... really not too bad, just expected more from the weekend I guess ... kinda depressed but it's all good ... nothing new ... I think I just need to deal with the fact that things are the way they are and that's life ... quit being a panzy ... ah well ...

I went w/ Troll to the Joint Replacement Doc yeaterday. Shot the knee replacement option completely down...there just isn’t anything left of the knee to make it work. No muscle or tendons to actually make a replacement function. So, sucks, but he has 2 options. Fuse it or amputation of some form.

As far as fusing it you can do that 2 ways.
