I have never heard of the Magnetic Fields... but I thought it sounded a bit like Azure Ray. I don't even like Azure Ray.

I will be in oceanside (near San Diego) from June 7th to the 10th. I depart for Atlantic City, NJ on the 11th. I'll be going along on a Bike Race (taking photos, not riding the whole thing) that will take about two weeks. you can keep up with my travels at www.raceacrossamerica.org - I should have some sort of link to my pictures of whatever I'm doing... a blog of sorts???

In what part of California are you? What are YOU doing?

Oh awesome, how did you get involved with that?
I'm in Los Angeles and I'm living here! I'm trying to find a job right now, and it's not working out so well :/

Wait...you're going to be IN Oceanside? Right now? This is so embarrassing...both you and another great friend, Cody, are coming to Cali-for-ni-a one of the two times my job has required me to vacate the area instead of trapping me there.

*cries*

I'll have to try to catch you later in the year. Good luck on the race! Out of curiosity, are you taking the single bike?

P.S. If you need to nice place to visit while you're there, I recommend the Route 101 cafe in O-side for eats, and the beaches are actually nice (well, the boardwalk anywho). I'd recommend checking out Camp Pendleton for the scenery, but I'm not sure how much civilians can meander about the hills on there own. The Gas Lamp district in San Diego is pretty boss at night...also the Museum of Modern Art in SD.

Cheers!
