I'm going to really try and make a conscious effort, when I feel anger start to enter my mind, to breathe slowly and just remain calm. Because every single time I end up yelling at someone I end up apologizing to SOMEone later, not always the person I was yelling at, either. I don't like not knowing what's going on. I'd rather hear bad news than not know. Ignorance, to me, is anything BUT bliss.
