The news today is that we saw and confirmed to rent an apartment. Yay.

Barb had to wake me up this morning. Absolutely nothing happened at work. Application for an apartment was rejected. Traffic on Fridays sucks.

While the power was out, I finished rereading LotR. By its unfamiliarity, I am less certain that I managed to get all the way through it the first time I read it. Time makes me myopic, I can't remember so many things I did or did not do. Repeating it makes it true. I dropped all of my classes on Friday, when I got the official offer in the mail. While I have certainly dropped all of my classes before, I've never done it at the start of the semester.
