The interview down at lockheed seemed to go pretty well today. Interviewed with three different divisions, two of three were good. The third, I guess I was tired, wooden. I didn't act as interested as I had the first two, and the interview reflected that. So it goes. I won't write about every interview I have, but the vibes felt good from this one ( Read more... )

Well, I didn't do any painting down at the house Dad is renovating on the eastern shore. Instead, yesterday and today were filled with scraping old paint, washing walls, stripping the glue underneath wallpaper, and so forth. I suppose I'll go back Thursday or Friday ( Read more... )

Played a few games of spades this evening with Dad, Barb, and Melissa. Sisters of mine, for those who don't know any better. Melissa is picking up the game quickly, though she claims disinterest and stands on her novicehood whenever Dad starts picking at her game. While I didn't do much today things are looking up. Passed an MCP exam without enough prep. Applied for a few jobs through monster. Failed to see an email confirming an interview with lockheed next week.
