Got a rather amazing email today from one of my lecturers from last year offering me (though maybe not exclusively me, can't be sure yet) a postgraduate project. Not sure yet if this means a PhD project or a shorter term thing. But either way, I doubt this happens all too often and, especially if it will lead to a PhD, I am very very tempted

I'm in the hrmm post-grad?? frame of mind too. I just got an A which makes me think lots...
But enough about me, yay you!

Cool! Well done you! :D Yeah you should definitely look into PhDs and stuff. I'm (currently) back in the frame of mind which says go as far as you possibly can.. but realistically I think it's important to make sure you do things for the right reasons and not because you're clever enough.

Need to remember this during my meeting with the guy tomorrow, am so nervous/excited - scared I'll say yes without thinking!! Really hope its a cool project! Ooooh, watch this space :D.
