It has been a lovely holiday of catching up and making up and I don't want to get back to the stressed out way I was before one little bit. The first week I lazed lots around the flat and spent time with my dear James and everything seems very much ironed out and lovely. i just wanted to reiterate, if you need any advice or recommendations regarding meditation or yoga, let me know. i think that you will find meditation very welcoming and familiar -- you already have a great deal of self-reflection and self-awareness, as evidenced by this post. you also make a number of really good points here about society, culture, and growing up -- more than i have time to respond to now, unfortunately.

excellent! the hardest part is quieting the mind. the trick is not to force things out of your head, but to acknowledge them and let them go. by the third day it gets much easier and you'll start to notice a difference.

I recommend both yoga and meditation. But like the guy above said, if you are already self-relective then it should come to you very easily.
I should take my own advice sometimes, instead of freaking out.
So, do you graduate in one month, and what with?

Graduate on June 21st, finish uni May 12th. Get a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, hopefully 1st class but have more work to do yet!
