Easter holidays

It has been a lovely holiday of catching up and making up and I don't want to get back to the stressed out way I was before one little bit. is that you? it's a lovely picture.

i just wanted to reiterate, if you need any advice or recommendations regarding meditation or yoga, let me know. i think that you will find meditation very welcoming and familiar -- you already have a great deal of self-reflection and self-awareness, as evidenced by this post. you also make a number of really good points here about society, culture, and growing up -- more than i have time to respond to now, unfortunately.

good luck!

Thank you! Yes that is me, an unusually good picture though :). I have still to take your advice and meditate every day. I hope you are right about it coming easily.. Tomorrow morning I begin! Thanks for the support :)

excellent! the hardest part is quieting the mind. the trick is not to force things out of your head, but to acknowledge them and let them go. by the third day it gets much easier and you'll start to notice a difference.

Wow, sounds as though you've been busy.
I recommend both yoga and meditation. But like the guy above said, if you are already self-relective then it should come to you very easily.
I should take my own advice sometimes, instead of freaking out.
So, do you graduate in one month, and what with?

Yup have been meditating the past three mornings and this morning it was especially good: felt really peaceful, relaxed and detached :). Yoga is something I'm definitely going to start this summer.

Graduate on June 21st, finish uni May 12th. Get a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, hopefully 1st class but have more work to do yet!

(Still no msn?)
