48 hours cold turkey

So far I've been through the shivers and sweats, the screaming cravings and the foul tempers.

The NHS quit pack is a fucking joke (contains a couple of leaflets, a sheet of kiddy-style stickers and a toothbrush)

I have been a smoker for the best part of 45 years so going cold turkey after all these years is damned hard to do.

Feeling very let down by someone I considered a good friend. Three times they say they are coming to visit, three times I get meals organised, spare room ready, etc., and now, for the third time, let down.

If anyone receives a spamming email purporting to come from me, please delete it AT ONCE.

My computer is infested, now trying to clean up the mess :-(
