So I saw Clash of the Titans on Friday and really wish I didn't. When you watch and movie and start thinking about how you could have put the cost of admission to your next credit card bill...yeah.
The original cheesy Clash of the Titans was better. Much better. That's sad.
Regardless of myth or not it was shit. I don't want them to add to it, just make a decent movie. Ugh. Bad. This is one for Mystery Science Theater 3000. Miss that show. Plus I've seen better movies on MS3TK.
Hades's smoke and flame was interesting but I took off the 3D glasses to get the full shiny effect of Zeus's armor.
There was also the dude from The Tudors and Polly Walker who played Atia of the Julii in HBO's Rome and Sister Clarice in Caprica :)
I saw it last night. It was the cheesiest thing ever. It took quite a lot of self control for me not to start laughing every two seconds. But at least it has a rocking soundtrack, I'll give it that.
I'm a good movie theater citizen and try to not annoy everyone else as I see red when other people do but my sis was beyond annoyed when the movie was over as she said I kept "laughing and whispering in her ear". Sheesh.
The best part of the whole thing was when someone's phone kept going off and another person said "TURN IT OFF IDIOT!" Oh man, people were cheering...
I didn't really read your post only because I'm don't want to spoil the moive but...I wanna see it!!! And Iron Man 2!!! I have to wait even longer for it to come to DVD. :(
I haven't decided if I'm going to see Clash of the Titans or not, but OMFG I BOUGHT MY TICKETS FOR IRON MAN 2 ALREADY, SO EXCITED. Rubber Ducky Jr. will never fail us.

Also, this is why I'm kind of okay with not seeing movies in the theatres anymore.
