I have been eating very well today. Making sure I put it in my food log. I figure if I am gonna be ashamed or embarrassed to enter it into the log, I probably shouldn't eat it.
I need to crack open this book I have. Called Food Rules by Michael Pollan. It seems interesting and helpful. -

I feel so tired. And sick.
Mateo's party went great. I got lots of photos.
The "baby BBQ" went great too! There were so many people in our backyard. Haha it was just some of our family and Hector's family. Everyone was excited to find out it was a boy, even though all you had to do was look in the swimming pool to see all 6 boys from our combined ( Read more... ) -
