Had one of those moments at work- we received an invoice (and data on CD) by courier for the company's mobile phones... What made us stop and blink was that the invoice was for...... 4p. that's right £0.04! I dread to think how much it actually cost the mobile company to get it to us, but they should have had some common sense ( Read more... ) -
