Scott's grandma's in the hospital right now with congestive heart failure. Its kind of serious, though I know quite a few people that are living with it and they are OK, but you know how it goes. ... It really sucks. Ever since I was little, I wanted a dog. Then every time we'd get a dog, it was a mutt that never listened. So eventually, we had to give the dog back. I love being home. I get to wake up slowly...watch an old movie on TCM. Fold the laundry, wash the dishes, re-organize the cabinets, dust the living room... while watching what I want to watch! Well, I have officially made it thru one whole week of "Le Diet". I've cheated a little here and there, and for it I have not lost what I had hoped. But this week I will just push myself harder. While I haven't lost much poundage yet (i love that word.), I have noticed a big difference in my arms and such. Working out every day really helps tone ( Read more... )
