Just thought you all might want to know that I changed my tumblr blog address so that it's here now. Tumblr's not the friendliest platform for writing long posts, but I do occasionally write updates/whinings/accolades/pretentiouscrap.

David Foster Wallace killed himself on Friday, and I didn't know anything about it until today. I'm feeling kind of sad now.

Talked to a recent vet today...
First, this couple came by with their big, friendly bulldog. I miss dogs so much. Brent and I watched them as we sat on the curb. We were in the midst of a little festival on Abell Avenue. Lear was put to sleep the Friday before last. My parents said he had started having trouble walking the week before. They gave him some medication to help the pain, and it worked for a little bit, but by Friday he couldn't get up off the ground. My mom said he died peacefully. He was really the best dog ever.
