Facebook is my public area. LiveJournal is my safer private place. I can noodle on about costuming and cooking and sex, and I feel okay doing that here.

Facebook is my public, teeny comment area. I mostly use it to keep up with acquaintances and people from Stuy.

Yep. Most of my close friends prefer the more in-depth feel of LJ, vs. the twitter game feed that FB is.
