thats kinda what happened to me when i got into that accident in Oct. Some guy ran a red light and hit me on my driver door. while we,re exchanging info. He starts telling me that it was my fault, that i ran the red light. so he some attorny and so did i since it was his fault. i got a letter from "Hermann & Hermann" saying that he wants his car and chiropracter paid for by my insurance. He DENIED!!! lol. it gay to cause he didnt even have insurance so my insurance had to pay for my car to get fixed and other bullshit. oh well. gay.
