I'm tired of this sh*t.
Next time I'm premenstrual, my partner is out of town, the resident is sick, and I'm the attending on service, I'm going to take someone out at the knees.

Fine Art in Santa Fe
I saw a craft fair yesterday, and picked up some cards from some artists that were fun. Unfortunately, due to folks stealing designs, the fired clay tiles woman doesn't have pictures posted. I really liked her stuff.

Santa Fe, NM - IDSOG meeting
I'm in Santa Fe (35°40'2"N 105°57'52"W) and have finally managed to coax the WiFi into letting my laptop eke out a bit of signal. This is of course insufficient, but I will take what I can get. Ok, I need to be doing something else, but...
Yesterday was so nice, I just had to share!
- Slept in. Like to 8:30! Cats and spouse present, all happily snoozing.
- Breakfast of champions at Centre Street Cafe - OMG smoked salmon benedict and yeast-raised crispy waffles with piles of fruit!!
- Errands all over town - JP Farmer's market for CSA, Sears for dryer feet (free!) and a tree limb saw, ( Read more... )

Seriously?
- Car to shop, at 6:30am. On train to work - thought about Tweeting the car number, but that's fdmts thing.
- Get to work with only 3 rows left on my hat, so naturally finish hat. Try on -- OOPS. It might fit a 4 year old, but it won't fit me. Guess it's not technically MY hat, after all. (pout)

Cute cats, cut work!
I'm sure you all appreciate how much it STINKS going back to work after vacation. Could be a lot worse, however. That being said, I'm the service attending plus whatever else this week, and while I wish I could spend MORE of my time doing paperwork, I seem to be getting on OK ( Read more... ) -
Couple of random thoughts
One.
Minnow is a pest. Particularly between the hours of 5 and 7am. I still love her, but she likes to wet nose-kiss my lips in the morning. Kind of disturbing
Two.
Looking forward to vacation on Friday. Planning on catching up with technolope and capital_l in San Francisco in a week. Just decided on plans (via Skype) for dinner at a pretty odd, cool-sounding ( Read more... ) -
