You know I do the same thing with that whole, up in the middle of the night, trying to figure out how I'm going to lose weight, etc etc. Nothing like sitting there at 3am trying to come up with new meal plans or fitness schedules that will definitely work this time! I really relate to what you said there. But reading your post I was thinking, jesus, as if we don't do enough already? I mean, when are we going to accept that maybe it isn't that we need to DO anything different. Our bodies are just how they are and I wish there was more room in our society and our hearts to see the perfections and not all the imperfections. That we are all different and it's okay to be different, there isn't something wrong or something that needs to be changed or whittled away. You know what i mean. It's so hard though I know to see yourself like that, the way I see you and others see you, as very beautiful and not needing a damn thing changed
