I like cheesecake with raspberry jam/syrup on top, though desert island-wise I love lemon cheesecake probably the best. N makes a mean cheesecake. He likes to make chocolate cheesecake and it is really good, but I still love the lemon. I also really love lemon bars wtih lemon curd

Yum. I just got some lemon curd at trader joes and it is so good on an english muffin with butter, also english muffins with butter and nutella

I am so glad that I am not the only one who agonizes over lotion purchases. Your post was like...exactly a moment in my life just a few weeks ago. I get all spaced out at new seasons and I'm just smelling all these lotions and trying to decide. But it's so hard. And then I feel pressured to decide, usually around when Q starts freaking out. Then I feel bad that I'm taking too long to decide, so I keep giving Q those expensive, ridiculous toys to play with, then I end up leaving with no lotion but a cartful of expensive crap I did not need (or could not afford) to buy. Its like that need to buy myself something sometimes is like a craving I have to fulfill and then I get a rush out of it.

I like patchouli but I've always been an amber girl. Maybe I will go back to wearing amber and we can both be stinky hippie mamas..

I'm staying in a fancy freakin' resort hotel this week for work and I like to take the lotion they leave in the room. I try to get a new bottle every day, and so I bring back, like a ton of these little bottles of lotion, and I think I'll use them but I never do. This one has aloe vera in it. It's pretty plain and rich lady like, but it's soft and smooth on my skin.

I just bought some Jason aloe vera cream the other day at Whole Foods. It feels all soft and oozy and smooth. What is it about lotion anyway? I just wish I'd actually use it more.
