the Bootcamp manual says I need to eat up to 6 meals a day.
Over the years, I've trained myslef to have maybe 1 small to medium sized meal per day during the week. On the weekends I usually eat twice a day but that's it.
It says here you will black out during the workout if you do not consume enough
So I've officially signed up for the Nov. 22nd session of Operation Bootcamp - LOOKIN FORWARD TO IT!!! Looking forward to dropping the remianing fat from my life LOL!
