Portland Trip Day 3
Today we started out the day with a clothing dilemma. I had no clue what to wear downtown. It was going to be slightly chilly and I only brought 3 pairs of shoes and for once in my life I didn't over pack on clothes, I actually brought a very small amount of clothing.
