I'll stop smoking and stay stopped... maybe.

I've stopped many times before, but the mental addiction is far greater than the physical addition.

So, I've stopped again. After four days I'm coming out of the physical addition.

Another six months of work, and I'll say I've quit.

The real trick will be to stay at 'quit'.

Got a song stuck in my head yesterday, still stuck today. I ended up pulling up the lyrics and I've been singing the wrong refrain to myself for the past two days (and 25+ years ( Read more... )
