i know i want you to see him an i want your dogs to play with him, he wants to play all the time...

we found him and he seemed sooo scared and he acted like he'd been mistreated(you know you'll hear about it...).an on his throat there's this spot where all the fur is gone and it's all pink and scabby where some sort of collar was or one of those anti-barking collar things(he wont bark at all.ever.if you try to get him to he gets all afraid and scared like how he was to begin with). but now he's a happy little guy
