-I have absolutely no idea why, but I was in bed and asleep by 8:45 last night. I guess the Pacific time jet lag, Fall Back, busy weekend, and return to my workout routine was all a little too much for my poor system. As suspected, I was awake from 12:45 - 2am, but that still meant I got about nine, nine-and-a-half hours of sleep. Sheesh

Fair point about limited levels of radiation (whether X-ray or THz microwave); I suspect it's marginally more of an issue, psychologically at least, if you're flying *very* regularly, i.e. a business traveler or a pilot.
